“After a friend of mine lost over 40 pounds I asked how she did it. She did it using the apple cider vinegar, putting 2 tbsp. into a glass of water each morning before eating breakfast and drank it and by just watching portion sizes. I decided to do the same. Well in less than a month and a half I’ve lost close to 20 pounds and I’ve tightened my belt by more than an inch. I put 2 tbsp. of this into a glass of water the first thing in the morning drink then eat 2 boiled eggs and one slice of low carb no high fructose corn syrup toast. And I eat a large salad and a couple boiled eggs and about 3 oz cheese for lunch and I use a portion plate for my dinner so I can eat with the family. Drinking the vinegar and water really does help me to not get food cravings during the day. I was also diagnosed as being insulin resistant with PCOS. Metformin made me so sick so I stopped taking it long ago. After I started this I starting being regular as well and later I read that apple cider vinegar actually helps with insulin resistance. I want to say I’m not a doctor and the way I’ve lost weight may not work for others. I can just speak for myself that this is a God send, I hate working out and I didn’t think I’d ever be able to lose weight being 40. With the portion control and the ACV it really words. I still have about 20 more pounds to lose get to my ideal happy weight, but I’m very confident I will get there with the continued help of this ACV.”

“I have been struggling with my weight for years… I had heard that apple cider will do it for you , but never really gave it a go.. Then i ran across a recipe from doctor Oz.. I its really strong to taste so i used his recipe… So far without any help of magical pills and so forth ,,, and just doing apple cider vinegar, i lost 9 pounds in a week and a half of drinking this mix. It has just about killed the taste for pasta, soda and bread. it has my skin flawless with no scares. It also keeps me regular and helped my sister with the same problem. “Two tablespoons into a glass of water, about 4 or 6 ounces three a day, and you’ll feel a lot better very soon. Also you will be able to lose a few pounds without going on crazy diets. Good stuff.
